Expenses, invoices and
partner balances,
in one record.

One record for revenue, expenses, profit, invoices, owner-paid costs and partner balances.

Six connected areas share one set of records, so a cost an owner paid, an invoice payment or a salary is entered once and counted everywhere. Each area has its own page with the details — and its limits.

RecordSplit Dashboard: this month's revenue, expenses, net profit and Business Funds, revenue against expenses by month, and recent expenses.

How the areas connect

Recorded once,
counted everywhere.

A salary payment is an expense. An invoice payment is recorded as revenue. An expense an owner paid personally changes that owner's balance and still reduces profit. Capital and settlements stay out of profit. Each record is entered once and every view uses it.

What RecordSplit
doesn’t do.

No bank connection
Balances come from what you record — there are no bank feeds, imports or statement reconciliation.
No payment processing
Customers pay you outside RecordSplit; you record the payment against the invoice. RecordSplit doesn't process card or bank payments.
No payroll processing
Salaries are recorded, not run: no tax calculation, payslips or filings.
No forecasting
Reports show recorded activity. There's no forecasting, budgeting or formal accounting statement.

One business.
Every owner.
