The mechanics

How partner positions are calculated

Every expense a partner pays personally, and every dollar of revenue they receive, is weighed against a shared fair-share benchmark. The difference is that partner's current position — positive if the pool owes them, negative if they owe the pool.

Track who paid and who received

Every business expense is marked as personally funded by a partner, or paid from the company account — the single distinction that makes the whole balance calculation possible.
